Buy online New Renewal Lease Guidelines for Rent-Stabilized Apartments The NYC Rent Guidelines Board has released new renewal lease guidelines for rent-stabilized apartments, lofts, and hotels. For renewal leases on apartments and lofts commencing on or after October 1, 2012, and on or before September 30, 2013, the annual adjustment for one-year leases is 2% or $20, whichever is greater, and for two-year leases, 4% or $40, whichever is greater.
