New For-Hire Vehicle Rules
We have created a Web site to help you understand the new for-hire vehicle rules. These new rules will change how for-hire vehicles look, operate, and the requirements necessary to receive and maintain your license.
The Web site has been separated into two sections, one for licensee’s and base owners and the other for passengers. Each section provides links based on the information you need. Below you will also find additional links to assist drivers in understanding the inspection process, help drivers locate camera installation shops, and see the models that have been approved by the TLC.
